I feel so accomplished. I feel more active. I feel happier. I have confidence and I can only imagine where I'll be months from now! I have still more to lose, but this is why to never give up! It has been a ***** road for me, I've slipped up, made my mistakes. Important thing is to get up and learn.

My workouts: I do Dancing. I do Shaun T - Hip Hop Abs. I recently also been walking / jogging on the treadmill and doing arm weights exercises. :)

I also learned portion control, which was one of my MANY faults. :)
Also.. I cannot forget the help of all you beautiful people on this site who have inspired me and kept me going. <3 Thank you to all of those who believed in me.
