    :ohwell: I haven't ever changed the 'heat' of my food on TOM....and haven't heard that it would make a difference. I may be wrong, but if your body is inclined to bloat and cramp during TOM, it's going to do that with or without hot food. What may help is sodium content, caffiene (or lack there of), and quality of food. I know my TOM is easier when I eat less processed junk and more veggies and protein.
