            I prefer quinoa:
Curried couscous with broccoli, chickpeas and feta is one of my favorites--although I substitute quinoa for the couscous

Bump. I've never had couscous, but I'd like to try it.0

I also prefer quinoa, but am trying to break out of a meal slump. I like cous cous, but just need some variety with it.0 -
I love couscous! It's great hot or cold with just roasted peppers and lemon juice, or with peas and chicken but my favourite recipes are the two below...

The leftovers are also great cold for a quick and easy lunch

Sauteed mushrooms, dried cranberries, walnuts and some kind of green (spinach or whatever you like). So good!0

I like it tunisian style, lots of vegetables and chickpeas. you cook the vegetable in a broth (sometimes i make it red with tomato paste and sometimes yellow-ish with saffron), and then served the strained vegetables over the couscous. I use whole grain couscous.
the recipe i use is veyr similar to this one http://kelliesfoodtoglow.com/2012/11/27/tunisian-chickpea-and-vegetable-tagine/ what's nice is that you can play around with the veg - i usually add: chickpeas, celery stalks, kholrabi, squash, pumpkin or sweet potato, fennel, onion, carrot. I like to serve with a crisp crunchy salad, and one or two spicy cold salads. yum0 -
I love it too! I usually make it with leftovers, on days when I don't have much time (it cooks so quickly, it is ideal for this). Usually chuck some leftover roasted veg and chicken with it. Easy and delicious!0
