Juicing

I am thinking about "juicing" with veggies (and maybe some added fruit) for breakfast. Do any of you have good recipes you'd like to share?

I juice almost the same recipe every morning. It's delicious and refreshing, but not very sweet. Makes about 36-40 ounces.

    Green Juice:
    2 green apples
    2 cucumbers
    7 stalks celery
    3 handfuls spinach
    2 handfuls Brussels sprouts
1/2 lemon (organic, you can leave the skin on)
    1 inch ginger
    1/4 cup of coconut water

I try to like the green vegetables, but I hate them. Thus, I juice and slam them. My go to green mix is asparagus, celery, cucumber, green beans, broccoli, and spinach. I slam this green mix about 5 days a week. A few days a week I will make a root mix- carrots, beets, and whatever other root I can find.

I like the sweet fruits, so I have no problem eating them whole- usually berries with non-fat Greek yogurt and honey.

I do not understand juicing haters. I am not replacing solid foods with juicing. Without juicing, I will not eat sufficient amounts of green vegetables.

    Have fun.

Does this mean you'll be drinking nothing but Diet Coke?

    3 Large Carrots
    2 Oranges
    1'' piece of ginger

Sometimes I throw in a couple more carrots, as this will probably make between 16-20 ounces of juice.
