Only 5lbs to go, but have stalled

I've been doing tons of reading today on BMR/TDEE, and have finally decided that I should increase my calories. I've been stuck at 141.4 for exactly 1 month, and only have 6lbs. left to reach goal. I've been eating at 1400 calories for a little over a month, not eating back exercise calories. I have definitely built muscle and definition over the past month, but the scale number just isn't budging.
BMR: 1372
TDEE at Moderate Exercise: 2127
TDEE - 10% = 1914 (based on Scooby's calculations)
I eat 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat, but thinking about moving those number around.
I'm 5'4, 41 years old, and work out at home to the AMAZING Fitness Blender videos roughly 4 days/week, on average 45 minutes per session alternating full body toning, cardio, and weight training.
Based on all of the great post I have read, I think I'm going to pull the trigger and up the calories to 1900 per day. Like so many others, I'm scared as hell, but since my goal is just arms reach away, what will it hurt? Is TDEE-10% a safe number since I'm so close to goal? Eating 1900 calories a day, the thought of that just blows me away!
Thoughts? My diary is open for comments.

I wish I could offer some advice, but because I still have 85lbs to go, I am not even close to that point where you have to start really tinkering with the numbers to hit the sweet spot. I hope someone gives you some good advice, though, so I can log it away for later :happy:0

I got some stellar advice today!! I have recalculated my BMR/TDEE numbers and believe it or not, I'm going to eat MORE! I've been eating way under my TDEE, more than I realized, so I'm changing up the program, eating more and telling my metabolism that I'm ready to move past this stinking 141.4, finally!
When you have some time, under the General Diet and Weight Loss Help board, read "TOPIC: Your results from the TDEE/BMR method?" The advice is amazing and will put it all in perspective. Save that post and go back and reference it when you get closer to goal!!0 -
For a macro split I tend to lean towards 40% protein, 30 % carbs, 30 % fat. When I hit a plateau i'll carb cycle for a week or two and I find that gets me over the hump.0
