in Success Stories
Well as of Sunday I reached my first one of my goals: 100 lbs lost....forever! It was a surreal moment in the gym as I stepped of the scale officially 100bs lighter. I just sat down and just took a moment to reflect and enjoy the accomplishment.

And just thought to my self "I'm not looking back, I'm not looking in my rear view, I'm just going to keep moving forward and do what I do best:

Work, train, fight!

    I know that the point of the last photo is supposed to be more along the lines of look at how badass your biceps are now, but I love your big old hairy smile even more. It's just big, cheesy and so damn excited and proud of yourself. Well deserved!
