Morning, afternoon or evening workout and why?

What's your favorite time to workout? I like the mornings myself... once I get it done and over with, I can't dread it throughout the day and it gives me a pretty good boost to make it through the day.

    Always Morning!! I hate sweating, Lol.. so getting it done and over with before I shower and start my day makes it all that much more rewarding knowing throughout the day its over!

    Morning!! Gym is less crowded and I feel better during the day!

    Morning for sure. In the afternoon I am busy with the children and in the evening I'm too tired and it always feels much harder.

    Plus, in the morning it's over and done with and I don't have to think about it all day :laugh:

    5am workouts at the gym, machines are freed up, exercise room to myself for the most part, and the best part, I burn calories throughout the day and its DONE! Love it.
