I'm having trouble updating my food diary. I don't know really how do enter the nutritional information on food that has been prepared at home. Can anyone help me figure this out?

I recommend using the recipe builder. We enter all of our dinner recipes so that we can determine the exact number of calories for the whole meal.

Well, I know I had a 3oz cheeseburger w/pickles and a tiny bit of mayo for dinner with 1oz of unsalted baked fries but I can't figure out really how to put it in. I'm confused.

You choose the meal and click on the add food button. Then, in the search window, enter the food. Look for "hamburger", see what comes closest to your food that you ate. Click on the square to the left of the food. A screen will pop up, which allows you to enter your portion size.

Then find the other foods in the same manner.

This is what I do when I make something at home. It is just more accurate.

This is the one I use. It is also nice because it points out the good and the bad for recipes.
