I love food! Just as much as the next person! I just want to be healthy too! I made a change on January 12th, 2013 and I'm not looking back!
I'm here... and I have been using MFP since Jan 12th, 2013, when I weighed 252 pounds! 13 weeks later, on April 14th, I weighed 181 pounds! I'm still losing weight! And I love it! I'm 5' 10" I want to get my BMI to a "healthy" level and then tone up some. Most important goal... internal and overall health so I can run, be active with and enjoy my family!

Guess no one else loves food or cares. Funny. I thought as an introduction post, I'd at least get one "Welcome" comment. Oh well. I'm doing this for me... for my health and for my family to have a healthier Father and husband for my wife. :-)0

You have done an amazing job. You look way healthier and tons slimmer so applaud yourself.
Maybe your name frightened people off.. a lb a day? lol.. Glad you didn't do that.0 -
Wow that's an amazing loss! I can relate as I started a couple of weeks after you and have lost only 38 lbs to date (though some would say that's a more than acceptable loss for the period). And yes, I love food, the challenge is still loving it while eating healthier.0
