Right, I've tried to upload pic on here but it wont work on here, so Iv temp unlocked my profile so you all can look at my pics of my past weight loss.

I'm now up to weighing 162lb though (im 5'6)..... but it shows my biggest (me putting my thumbs up in the pic pink shirt) to my lowest I lost 60lb in 1year - (the black and white pic mirror reflection) .

I feel so depressed I have gained quite a bit back but I'm in full control and back on it!

    haha just read your whole post properly - you did the exact same as me - 2011 i lost 60lb then as soon as i stopped logging last year it crept back on.

    the worst thing is MFP doesn't recognise my current 13lb loss as i'm still more than my original start weight on here :S

    we can do it again though!! you're looking fab :)

    We will get there! Its strange though because I hadn't hit the gym until Wednesday and my stamina for it is still there! i did 3 hrs yesterday so I'm pleased about that x x
