                    I'm wondering if anyone can help me out here.....
I just read an article about negative calorie foods, meaning that your body burns more calories consuming the food than calories in the food itself.
Does anyone here use this rule of thumb and not count these calories in their Food Diary?

            Just record your calories as you normally would. There is no such thing as negative calories.0

            The amount of calories we need to eat in a day (e.g. whatever MFP tracks for you) already includes the calories expended from digestion (and living in general), so while the calorie amount is quite small for those foods, they still count.0

            TDEE includes the calories you burn digesting foods already so...log them!
 e.g. the salad i have regularly contains 57 cals or 117 if i add oil - WW for example, would have me not count them - i've seen me have that salad 3 times in a day :S0
