Okay, so I recently gained 15lbs and I am trying to get them off because I'm just not comfortable.
I am having a hard time figuring out how many calories to eat a day, I am doing all these calculators and some give me 1232, and others give me 1500. I am 5'2 so weight shows a lot.
heres what I do.
Mon- 60mins of calisthenics
Tues.- a body pump class 60 mins
wed- cardio 60 mins
thurs- body pump 60 mins
fri- Zumba 60 mins
sat- 60 mins cardio
sun- I normally take off but if I don't I do 45 mins of cardio
I don't work out all 7 days A week, sometimes I do 6 sometimes I do 5.
I was just hoping for some insight and advice.
Thank you!

Hi there.
You need to figure out your BMR. Here is the best calculator that I know of and I've helped many people lose fat with it.

The biggest factor in losing fat is creating a constant calorie deficit. It also helps to lift weights as the more muscle you have on your body, the higher your metabolism is.
Good luck.0 -
A quick method to use is to use your weight x 12 to 13 to lose fat, your weight x 15-16 to maintain and your weight x 18-19 to gain.0

Not to step on toes with calculators but I found that one posted above a bit cumbersome...although the compliment and greeting was nice.
I really like scooby's workshop. In your case OP, for activity level, I would calculate 3-5 hours per week and 5-6 hours per week and figure out the average of the two since some weeks you do more than others. I'm the same way...most weeks I do 4-5 hours but this time of year I tend to be a lot more active on the weekends and can put in up to 8 hours in a week.

Also, since you don't have a ton of weight left to lose, I'd recommend a 10 or 15% reduction. 20% would be like setting your weight loss goal to 2 pounds per week here on MFP - it's just a bit too high of a goal for those with less to lose. Not to mention unhealthy and unsustainable.
Good luck!0 -
Okay I am getting 1450-1480 so that's good thank you!0

If 1837 is your TDEE - % then it includes your exercise so you don't eat those back.0
