Oh I feel your pain... I had it for about 13 years after my gallbladder was removed. About 3 years ago I started doing the old WW points system and lost 70 pounds... along the way I lost the IBS (pretty much) too. I still can't really eat & run, I have to allow some time for my tummy to settle but its no where near as bad as it was. Best of luck on your journey. ;)

I have IBD (Crohn's Disease) but in the same family :) I'm trying to eat healthier too, I'm in remission but eating bad really upsets my stomach and sometimes causes flares.

It's unique for everyone but some foods that generally seem to give a lot of people trouble are foods that are fatty, fried, or spicy. Anything heavy can be really irritating. I had to cut some of my favorite foods out of my diet but every once in a while cheat, especially while eating out. Foods that cause bloating like beans, cabbage, ect. can be uncomfortable too.

The best advice I can give is eat a normal healthy diet and follow what feels good for your body!
    Good luck :)
