I am deff one of those people who didn't even realize I was THAT big! Sheesh.. looking back now I am SOOOO glad I found this place! I am now a little over 4 months in and I am NEVER going back! (: I still have a ways to go! My goal weight for now is 145... then I will go from there. I am not a clean eater.. I eat what I want, for the most part. As long as I'm not going over calories... I walk here and there, do pushups, lift my 8lb'ers, & do crunches from time to time.. nothing major. (: oh and WATER WATER WATER! BTW, I am 5'4.
