What exercise does for me

I have not been able to work out much in the past few months, due to an injury. I just started getting back into it. I realized how much I need it. It's not just the calories burned that helps me, it puts me in the right frame of mind! I automatically eat better when I am working out, and the opposite happens as well. When I lost 70 lbs years ago, I started working out, THEN said to myself " Im working out, I might as well start eating better" I think some people are good at restricting their diet, others are better at exercise.
Some people hate exercise now, but if you CAN'T do it, it may change your outlook a lil! :smile:

    This really hit home for me! When I started exercising it was to "just loose weight faster". Now, my exercise time in my time. I spend the rest of my day giveing time to other things and people, so MY time is MY exercise time! I do not let much interfere with MY time. It does a lot for my mind, my soul, and my attitude!
