Since I don't know anyone else on myfitnesspal, how do I go about getting friends? I'd love to have friends to help support. Thanks.

    Just ask - and maybe add a little info to your profile - you're pretty much on lockdown - can't even tell if you're Male or Female, younger or older or what. I like a little info to be sure people are real before I add them as friends. :flowerforyou:
