I have been eating really clean on my diet...i mean i cut out processed stuff, sugar, sugary drinks, fast food etc....well i was visiting with my parents and all they keep is junk...so i ate in moderation..but it seemed like every time i ate out or something really bad i would get horribly sick....i would want to throw it all back up and my stomach would feel nauseous for hours....Like last night we ate pizza (which i havent had in months) and i was sooo sick i threw up ( i know gross sorry)...it was horrible!!..im not sure if its the grease or what but man it hurt my stomach...
I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone??

Oh yea, that happened to us. We cut out processed foods and started gardening, freezing, canning, dehydrating our own food. Can't tell you the last time I had fast food, but it wasn't pretty. When I think back to the days that I'd buy 10 for $10 of Rice-a-roni and Hamburger Helper. So happy I changed my diet.0

You're body isn't used to it anymore, so it doesn't like it so much. Bodies don't like changes like that, lol. I actually got horrible nightmares one time from getting Taco Bell and eating it too close to bed. At least, I think the Taco Bell caused it. I got sick too. xD0

I have the same issue. Since I began a healthier lifestyle, I am eating very clean. One day I ran out of food and had to grab something on the go -- I got a turkey sausage "heart healthy" english muffin at Dunkin Donuts. The rest of the right I was in physical pain and feeling sick to my stomach. If I even eat any foods that are high in fat (even if not fast food), I will feel sick now.
I think it's just the body's way of telling you that food isn't right.0 -
Drastically changing your diet (even for one meal) can make you sick. I once went to Pennsylvania to visit some relatives, all they ate was fast food. I didn't really care since I don't mind the stuff but when I came back home and started eating fruits and veggies again, I got the dreaded bubble gut (use your imagination). Our bodies get used to something, produce certain types of gut flora to deal with it so when we suddenly change it, the flora can't handle it and we get a sick feeling until everything adjusts.
It doesn't mean fast food is evil, it just means your guts weren't prepared for the rich oiliness that constituted your pizza.0
