This is a toning workout on Excercise TV on demand ( should be free), it KICKED MY BUTT!!! My muscles haven't felt like this in a long time! Just need a pair of weights!

    Shes good...and Jillian too...I really like doing DVD's to mix up my workouts a lil, and I dont have to drive to the gym that day!:smile:

    Jackie Warner Rocks! I follow her diet plan and DVD's. She really works it. I also follow Tony Horton as well. P90 program right now.
