The cupcake and pizza did me in....but i still have 483 cal

i still have 483 calories to eat today. .........but there was an office birthday so i ate a cupcake.
And today is pizza friday for the kids.......i only had one piece yay me! And a salad.
Now my delema is, i have no fat or sugar left
So what can i eat that is carbs & protein but no sugar or fat?
Suggestions please :-)

Not my fav so i dont have any in the house.
Good answer though.... I find it difficult to get the macros right.
Usually im not eating pizza and cupcakes tho.0 -
Simple, learn from your mistakes and start again tomorrow. Try as best you can to find foods low in those macros, but don't worry too much.0

My belief is that once you reach a minimum amount of protein (say, 1g/LBM), and a minimum amount of fat (say, 0.35g/pound), then what macro the remainder of your calories fall is mostly irrelevant. There is nothing magical about a certain macro ratio. Also, our bodies don't reset at midnight.

Don't sweat the macros that hard... Really, as long as you are meeting your calorie goals (most days) AND at least make some effort at balancing the rest, you are doing well... It would be impossible to zero all those out anyway. A cupcake and a pizza is not a sin... especially if you still have nearly 500 calories at the end of that day... Give yourself a break and just relax.0
