Hi, I have been a member for some time but not really done anything about it. I am now in the right frame of mind to give this a good go. Starting today. Have entered into the diary and taking it one day at a time.

  • i've been a member under a different name since late 2011, but i created this new account a) because i can't remember my login credentials and b) because it's a fresh slate and i felt that would give me more motivation to lose the weight i need to

    I've had an account for about a year been on and off but I haven't ever had friends on here before.
