I am new to weights and I was wondering how many reps and sets should I do for the squats using the weights? I use 25 lbs on each side.

Your best bet would be to get on a lifting program that can give you that information, as well as outline a plan for how to improve your strength.

Check out Strong Lifts 5x5 or the New Rules of Lifting for Women.

    That's some good weight. Nice!

Yeah, it really depends on your goals and fitness program. Check this article out and see if it helps you actualize what you'd be comfortable in doing - strength training wise.

Depends on what you're going for, not all lifting routines are for the same thing.
My sets are 5 reps; some do 10, some do more.

The ideal weight should be whatever you can do, and still maintain proper technique (but with difficulty near the end of your sets).
