Oh. Hello there. I've been expecting you. Why don't you take a seat right over here.
I'm a 20 year old student. I was scrawny for half my life and overweight for the rest. In the past I was never motivated to exercise but I guess I feel the burn to work out these days :smokin:
Actually, it's not weight I care about -- it's fitness -- and if I gave up the fat for muscle and didn't lose any weight in the end I'd be more than satisfied. I'm a mesomorph, and I've been told I could gain a lot of muscle if I spent the time working out, but my favourite thing to work out is the old noggin' so being muscle-clad doesn't usually fall on my list of priorities, but if I'm reaching my targets at the gym I figure why not pump some steel as well. I'm taking this step-by-step though, so weight (aka fat) loss is first on the agenda.
Protip: If I were to set a corporeal model to aspire to, it would be Till.
I'm not an "introduction" kind of guy, so let's not make this painful. I leave you with the hope that I can get as much as I can out of this site.
Fin.

*If you don't get the joke Fin means End or Finish in French.0 -
Ryan Reynolds in Blade 3? He did an interview where he basically said that he literally spent his entire day pumping steel to get that physique, and that he would probably never go to that extreme again.0

No No! Definitely not! I'm thinking more Ryan Reynolds from "The Proposal"0
