New and already hooked

I have been on so many diets, and they have never had lasting results. The key word here is "diets". I'm now on a quest to be the healthiest and fittest me that I can be, because I'm not getting any younger, and my health is now suffering because of my weight. I started MFP this past week, and I'm already hooked. This is not a diet, it is a way of life.

I'm on a quest to lose 80 #, and get back to working out as I recover from a recent ankle surgery. I would love to have company on this journey, so add me, or friend me, or whatever you do on here to be friends. ;)
