I am a long time Weight Watcher who had good success at both losing and keeping my weight off for several years. But then menopause struck, and I have been struggling every since. This site was recommended to me, and I decided it's time to try something new. Hopefully this will jumpstart my weight loss, but only time will tell.

Hello! I am new too and have been using weight watchers points to help lose and maintain for 9 years ( although a few years I didn't make exercising a way of life and gained a bit back). I have been at a lower weight maintaining and have been training consistently for a few years but My friend recommended this site for the last few pounds I am trying to shed. So far, it's been great sharing with friends and reading about things I am experiencing 3 weeks into my journey. I just entered the message boards today and noticed anything you are experiencing can be easily searched and people with the same story and different ways they handled them are really interesting and make you feel like "your not lone" without paying money like you would with WW.0
