I've finally hit a milestone

In January of 2012 my ompany decided to have a biggest loser competition. I chose to join. I'd been overweight for years, and was done. I started using MFP right away. I rarely exercised, just started tracking my calories. The weight started to come off. I didn't win the competition, but I wasn't discouraged because I was making progress. I've stalled out a few times, but always get back on track. I'm not to my goal weight yet, and I need to up my exercise to tone up and just be healthier, but I think I've gotten a good start. Today I'm 104 pounds down. I'm kind of proud :-)
