Hello!

My name is Sara! Before I joined this site I have lost 18lb so far. 25 more to go. I thought this would be a good way to see my exercise habits and food in writing other then jogging it down in my head.

I have never joined a forum before, so this is my first post ever on the internet!

So basically I work out every day and I am a vegetarian. I have always been up and down in my weight but this time I feel like I finally understand what it takes to stay healthy and happy so I am very motivated and excited to reach my goal and maintain it!

I was at 230. Went to 155. Got back to 196. Now I am at 177. My goal is between 150-155 and maintain it!
