Exercise is not necessary for weight loss. That said, the "best" exercise is the one that you'll consistently do.0

You don't have to exercise to lose weight. One exercise is also not better than another for losing weight.
Do what you enjoy doing and do what you will continue to do.0 -
while exercise isn't needed to lose...it def helps the process...I agree with the whole whatever exercise you will stick to
cardio is always good, something you can push yourself at, and if you decide on some weight training that will help slim and tighten but you may not lose much from it
I do a combination with a heavier emphasis on cardio - elliptical, rollerblading, swimming, aerobics and the such
I have lost almost 50 lbs from when I started...the most important thing though is watching what you put in your mouth0 -
thanks for all the help everyone! could i have some tips on how to lose a dress size by the 4th of july?1 i have my senior prom then and really need to go down from a size 14 to a size 12?... all tips are welcome.
