This falls in the category of "Who knew?" or "Don't knock it if you haven't tried it." Greek yogurt with olives stirred in is very filling and yummy. We buy the Roland Oil-Cured olives online 5 pounds at a time so always have them on hand.

    Good idea. I have some tapenade I've been avoiding because olives are so caloric. A little tapenade a fair amount of zero Fage--much better. Will try it!
