Today we went to a music festival and I had a..... Large portion of chips! :-(
That means today I have eaten
Breakfast- cereal
Lunch- Half a vegan cheese and pickle sandwich
Pack of salt and vinager ryvita minis
A few sneak of some of Jacks goodies spicy tomato crisps
Large portion of chips
Dinner- a large salad- picked onions, little gem leaves, tomato, cucumber, advocado, beetroot with a sweet vegan dressing
Snack- packet of asalt and vinegar snack a jacks
Drinks
Water
Tea
Pims
Water with a hint of strawberry
Green Tea
Have I had way to many calories now?

Can't really tell, because you didn't give portion sizes, but if you did, don't sweat it. Tomorrow is a new day. One bad day now and then is OK and shouldn't hurt you in the long haul (just don't make it a regular habit)0

Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint! And if you can't have a portion of chips once in a while you aren't living your life while heading towards those goals!

MFP will tell you if you are over calories for the day. Your salt intake is very high today.....expect to retain water for a few days. You could have made better nutritional choices, but if this isn't a usual day, you are probably ok.0

Aside from the chips, your day looks good! Don't sweat it - it's just one day! This journey is all about the long term - you're going to slip up once in a while. We all do!0

That depends. Can you stop at just this? Or will it send you spiraling for the next month? If you feel like you can allow your self some room for these kinds of treats, then go for it.0

I wouldn't loose any sleep on it......tomorrow is a brand new day, and new calories....just go easy tomorrow...maybe do a workout0 -
