Hi, I'm Amy and I'm in Kansas. I am looking for some weight loss/support buddies in their 30s like me. I am on my last 10 pounds and am trying to get it off. I follow a mostly clean diet but some processed stuff does slip in for convenience. 
My goals are to work on getting my body fat down while trying to keep as much lean body mass as possible. I try to do HIIT training and I am starting back up with The New Rules of Lifting for Women this week.
