no weight loss

Can anyone tell me why I wouldn't have lost weight this week? Actually I gained about 200 grams. I'm 170cm, weigh 103kg, and MFP has put me on 1710 cal/day. I mostly eat this much but burn 500 cal at the gym 6 days a week.

My net calories for the week was 4500 approximately so shouldn't I have lost something?

    Water weight. If you're tracking your food and liquids honestly, then it shouldn't be a problem.

    It's honestly pretty unlikely that your measurements are really accurate to 200g anyway. The slightest difference in the way you stood on the scales could cause that.

    If you continue to have problems you might want to look into the whole "eat more" idea. I'm eating pretty much the same as you and I'm only 160 cm and I weigh about 57 kg.
