30 day ab challenge.

Hey guys!
Today I started the 30 day ab challenge.

Day 1 consists on 15 sit ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises and a 10 second plank.
I'm just wondering has anybody completed this challenge and was it a success and what were your results?

Your feedback would be amazing.

After I have completed the full 30 days I will tell you my start and finishing measurements.
In hope I can do this,

    I'm on day two and I am slightly terrified of the days to come! Can we split them up or do they hav to b done back to back
