Fitbit Flex, Jawbone Up, or some other?

I'm looking at buying a wrist tracker for my fitness. I think it would help me stay motivated, and I really like that I could see my stats online, especially sleep.
None of my friends will be using these, so the social part of the Flex doesn't matter to me. Even if they were, I wouldn't care to compare stats.
I really like that the Up wakes you up in a thirty minute time frame where your sleep cycle is the lightest, so that might be a big factor for me.
I also don't have a smartphone, just a computer.
So what are the pros and cons of each? Which do you recommend? I would get a cheaper pocket one or something, but I really want one I can wear constantly so I won't lose it.

This is an interesting comparison between devices.

I'm having mixed emotions about both of them. I might just buy one and if I don't like it give it to my fiance and get the other. What's $200, right?0

That alone means the Jawbone UP is out. You do everything through an app on a smart device, not a normal computer. There is no web interface at this time and Jawbone (as far as I can see) isn't promising one is coming.
I don't use FitBit so not sure if that's the same deal.0
