Hi, I am new to the website... I use the app everyday but didn't know the website existed
I am 22, 5'3", and a senior in College. I have lost around 10lbs so far... even though my tracker thingy says 3 cause I found the app at the time.... so from now on I will go with that haha.
I started at the weight of around 180lbs... when the scale went passed it a little I didn't count it. >.< I am now a happy 170lbs with still 30-40 lbs to go. For my height I should be around 130-145lbs... what my Dr. tells me... every time I go they say I'm fat
SO I am now on a path of losing weight and also being fit. I have the goal of running the Tough Mudder race and finishing strong. (If you don't know what it is you should google it.... its intense!) 12-15 miles with British special forces inspired obstacles I am soooo excited!
I am a pretty positive person so you can add me if you want (I didn't want to add people.... haha so people can add me...I'm shy in that sense)
I am using the Run Tracker app and its training me for a 5K run right now so I am walking/jogging every other day around 1-4 miles each time (this week I did 9 miles) and I am also doing P90X everyday and I am currently on phase 3... but I messed up in the beginning (I wasn't following a plan and apparently was in starvation mode the whole time... so lost size but no weight)
SO... sorry for writing a lot... I'm excited! (can you tell?)
If you want to know more about me (I'm a bit of a special case) check out my profile I just made
So... ya... this is me! Now off to start the blog thing!!! Bye bye!
P.S. I LOVE Bengay!! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis pretty much everywhere... and I attempted lots of knee pushups soooo.... my wrist HURTS!! but Bengay is the most magical thing ever!! I recommend it for all aches and pains! *^_^*

Hi,
Congrats on losing 10lbs. A friend request has been sent.
I am Yvette and I am 24 yrs old. I have battled being obese all my life too and did not believe in myself that I could do it, but now I know it is possible. I would always lose some weight and gain it right back too. I started at 227lbs and my current weight is 166 lbs. I am striving to meet my goal and be 150 lbs. I need to lose the last 16 lbs of my weight, but I know that I have to continue this lifestyle forever if I don't want to ever return to the old me because it is only temporary unless I do something about it. I am on here a lot to keep myself motivated and give support and encourgement. Lets encourage and help one another on this weightloss and fitness journey to a healthier us.
We can do this ! We have to fight for what we want, because everything in life worth having is worth fighting for.0 -
Hi! YAY my first friend!
Wow you are doing great! Congrats to you too!!
I agree with you 100% percent about the lifestyle change... because diets don't work... they are DIE with a T at the end haha. If you want to loose weight and be fit you have to stick with it all your life. That is why we set goals that are real and possible.
YAY TO US!!! WE ARE AWESOME!! WE WILL SUCCEED!! WE WILL KICK BUTT!!!
haha its 2am and I am too excited...... can you tell? well I'm headed to bed.... I wonder if I will have more replies in the morning... haha this is fun0
