I started April 10th, these are pics of first day, day 15 and day 34!

Just eating as healthy as I can, doing 30 day shred ( even though i have not done it in a week!) and using my gazelle walker.

Chest - 40 - 36.5 -3.5
waist - 33 - 29.5 -3
Navel - 37- - 31 -6
Hips - 44.5 - 42 -2.5
L Thigh -25.5 -23 -2.5
R Thigh -25 - 23,5 -1.5
L Calf - 15 - 15 -0
R Calf -15.5 - 15 -.5

22.5 inches lost and 13 lbs!
