Help!!!! I spent a hour today takig long lengths of wood(some really heavy) of a trailer, how do I work out how many calories I used??? javascript:add_smiley('smile','topic_body')

    Hmm... not sure but when I moved 6 cubic metres of wood, I put it under 'walking, carrying 15lb load or infant' cause I was pushing a wheelbarrow full, it was definitely heavier then 15lbs, but it was as close as I could get.... plus it took like 3 hours so the burn on it was huge even underestimating it.

    Use a heart rate monitor next time. You will know how many calories you have burn and log them

    This is why I don't like MFP's calorie calculator. It's difficult to track things like this so I use others.

    Cheers for your help guys. I used the "carryimg optiom" to calculate the calories.
