Hey folks

Just recently started using MFP again after many years MIA, I unfortunatley turned the big 30 a few months back and went into meltdown mode so have started regliously using this great site again.

I probably have about 100 llbs or so to lose which saying out loud or typing in this case is pretty extreme but I'm taking it 1 stone at a time.

I would love to use the guise of "kids" being my evil but unfortunately its more like chicken fried rice and the evil that is Galaxy chocolate :):blushing:

Would be nice to hear from fellow people struggling just like me.
