I'm trying to eat completely clean, and I have a turkey breast/fillet/thing with veg for dinner tonight, but can't think what to put on/season the turkey with to make it a little more interesting? Thanks for any suggestions!

I love ginger with turkey. you can also add some seasoned rice wine vinegar and nam plah (fish sauce).

Thyme, Basil, Cumin, Oregoano, Rosemary, Sage

Smell them and you'll know which one you want.
  • Sage and shallots (or garlic) Sage is awesome, awesome with Turkey, think Thanksgiving!

    Here's what I'd do:

Mix zest of one lemon, 1 tsp sage(fresh is best or whatever you can get your hands on), a bit of salt and pepper and a tsp olive oil, 1 chopped shallot or 1 clove garlic, toss with veg OR rub onto your turkey.\

    Yummay!

I'm also a big fan of sage with turkey. Or you could try marinating in some citrus juice, and then reducing it to a sauce and adding some fresh herbs.
