Easy Baked Chicken Tenders (Paleo/Gluten Free)

Even if you're not paleo, these are good. The almond flour and flax meal gives the breading texture, and flavor, and I probably added more garlic powder than the recipe called for (the spices you could definitely play with). I've had them without the dipping sauce after being in the fridge overnight, and they were delicious.

I'm gonna have to try this. I got some almond flour to make cookies and it didn't work out (taste-wise). Maybe it will work better on the chicken.0
