I'm doing my weight loss in sets of 10. My goal is to lose 10 sets of 10. I just lost my second set! (20 pounds)

A friend commented that I was getting my hourglass back.

Good for you! Keep up the good work! I love the idea of sets of 10. Makes it not seem so far away!
  • You look fab - you can really see the difference!

Great idea to do it in sets of 10. I think I'll try that as well :) Makes it seem a lot more achievable, rather than like a distant goal. x

I am more encouraged to hear I have 8 more sets to go instead of 80 pounds!

I've failed in the past because I've focused on such a huge number that seemed impossible to get to. It's not hard to lose 10 pounds, right? Well...lose 10 pounds 10 times! That's better than dealing with 100 pounds all at once!

Great job... I do the same practice of using sets of 10... As i break the 10 pound barrier I try to say in the new range for a little while before jumping down to the next 10...

Well those 20 really show a difference!!!! I also go in 10 lb increments, it's not so overwhelming!! Great advice :-)

First off, you look amazing.Second, I love your idea of sets of ten.I have been getting really overwhelmed with the idea of losing 60 pounds, but losing 6 sets of 10 seems a lot more doable.Thank you for hour inspiration.

I love, love, love your idea of 10 sets of ten. It makes it seem so much more manageable - not to mention, you get to succeed ten times instead of just once!

And - you do look fantastic!

That's awesome! If you're doing sets of 10, take pictures every set. That's what I've been doing and it's really encouraging to look back on when I'm feeling like I'm slowing down. You're doing really great and it's totally paying off. :)
