Hey there! Is anyone else doing the Tone it up Bikini Series?? Here's the link to it:

I love these girls! Super motivational, inspirational, and definite role models for healthy living! The bikini series is an 8-week program focused on getting your body ready for bikini season! If anyone is doing something similar, BUMP please! Also, anyone wanting motivational friends add me! I could definitely use some friends who log in more than once a month ;) Thanks!

I LOVE the Tone It Up girls!!! I wish I were better at sticking to their work-out schedules... If I did, I probably would lose all my unwanted fat so fast! But life is what it is at the moment, so I do my best to follow as closely as possible.

I usually log their work-outs as either calisthenics, home light/moderate or circuit training. It all depends on how hard I go for that day/work-out. But I usually do my work-outs in my apartment so I know I'm not working sometimes as hard as I should be... Especially when they do push-ups on the knees, my hardwood floor makes it incredibly hard on my knees to complete these moves.
