    I grabbed a bunch of cookbooks from the library and will be looking for recipes and creating a menu (mostly for the fall-when we all go back to work and our lives get back on a schedule).

    I'm even considering doing some Once A Month Cooking. I need to have quick and easy meals for dinner. We have a habit of staying late at work and then we are too tired to cook so we go out to eat (fast food). Just can't do that anymore..$$$ and calorie/sodium wise.

    LOVE my crockpot. I just don't like to leave it on when we aren't home.
