Lichi Superfruit Extract

I know better than to trust those diet pills, but, after a friend told me she had success, I've been curious.

Have any of you ever tried the Lichi Superfruit Extract dietary supplements? You take two before lunch, and you keep eating healthfully and exercise like you've been doing.

If I kept dieting and exercising, and took this lichi thing, I'd lose weight faster? Or have I fallen under the trap of great marketing and desperation?

Btw they won't help you lose weight, they're just yummy.

Lychee isn't really a superfruit by any stretch of the imagination. Neither is mangosteen or acai, despite what some of those supplement marketers want you to think.

In my opinion, most of the benefit from that sort of thing comes from a placebo effect where you feel good that you're doing something (taking the supplement), so you work harder to meet your goals. But hey, if that helps you lose weight, more power to you.

You'd lose weight. Because you're dieting and exercising, not because you're taking the pill. Save your money.
