Recently graduated from College and realized that I gained not only the "freshman 15" but rather the College 20. Ugh! Getting ready to move to Europe and don't want to be out of shape (other than the round shape) when I get there. Hopefully this helps! Eek! p.s. this is my 1st actual diet! Wish me luck!!

Congrats on your college graduation and kudos on your plans to go to Europe! That said, don't look at this as a diet, but rather try to adopt a healthy lifestyle so that the word diet doesn't ever have to cross your lips again. This is coming from a 52 year old who gained 30 pounds her freshman year in college, not to mention those added pounds after marrying and having 2 children! For 25+ years I was on a diet and while I may have lost 10-20 pounds, I always gained them back. You are young and have your WHOLE life ahead of you (green with envy even though I have my "whole life" ahead of me too!), so eat well, exercise several times a week, and enjoy your life without having to spend days/ weeks/months/years wishing you looked and felt better! You can do it!
