sugars!

ive been really craving sugary foods since changing my diet up, and have replaced all candies with fruit instead, but what ive noticed is that even fruit is super high in sugars (i know its natural sugars but still) sometimes (depending on how big) that piece of fruit could take up the half of my sugar intake for the day.. any suggestions or guidelines?

Eat the fruit, but take it easy. It's still sugar and too much isn't a good thing0

Yeah i'm guilty of overdoing it with the fruit. My sugar intake is pretty ridiculous. Can't help it, i love fruit. At least i'm getting those micronutrients, lol.0
