I had to take a break from my MFP for a few weeks. Two of my cousind died one week after another and couldnt really concentrate on any diets :cry: . I have put on 3 pounds sin the past 3 weeks:ohwell: But ill just have to get back on track again

    Gosh, I am so sorry to hear about you cousins. I just lost my last grandmother a few months ago and I know how hard it is. If it makes you feel any better I ate all the time while I was at her house in NY for the funeral. Pizza, hotdogs, cake... all sorts of bad things. But, after that weekend I got back on my diet and lost the weight I had gained over that weekend. I know you will too and WELCOME BACK!
