Okay, so I am totally new to this online weight loss community thing. I downloaded the app a million years ago but never used it because I never came to this part and saw the community part. Tracking on my own is tough, adding in calories from exercise hangs me up all the time. I'm hoping this keeps me motivated and in check. I have at least 30 lbs to lose. It's baby weight + weight that I gained while down with an injury and then kept on because I got lazy and bummed about being overweight. :ohwell: But, here's to a new day and getting my rear in gear!!
