Have you tried Body by Vi, Vi-Shakes? They are healthy and only contain 1g sugar plus whatever you want to add. You should check it out. Google it and you can probably buy it offline.0

You could try a low cal meal instead...Seriously though i Really find them a waste of money.
Your better off eating a Low cal meal then replacing them with crappy processed powder.0 -

If you want replacements because you sometimes don't have time to assemble or cook a meal:
Keep hard boiled eggs handy in fridge and fresh fruit in your kitchen (an egg and an apple are a good
"replacement meal").
In case I get caught somewhere with no access to a meal when I need one, I keep a KIND dark chocolate/nut/sea salt bar in my purse.
Or a Bonbel Light Cheese round with a Stretch Island fruit leather in my purse.
I try to avoid things like Carnation Instant Breakfast, Slimfast, etc because they're too processed.0 -
Try a QuestBar Protein bar. They come in several different flavors and are all natural, chewy, filling and packed with 20g protein. They range from about 160 - 210 calories. ChocolateChipCookieDough is my personal favorite. GNC carries them.0
