HI everyone! My name is Shirley. I live in Arizona and am a wife and mom of 3 kids...


I am currently about 40 lbs over weight. In about 2 weeks, I'll be starting a PE class where we'll be having to exercise and journal about it, and also get weighed in once a week. So I'm not only doing this for my health (My BMI lists me at being obese) but also for a grade. Which is kind of a bonus.

    Well I think this is a bonus for you.

    Do you do any exercise besides running after 3 kids and the usual other wifely duties? If not I suggest taking at least a 20 min walk per day.
