What have you been doing differently?0

I developed heel spurs several years ago when I began working in the city and daily would walk several blocks on the concrete at a fast pace with non-supportive, non-cushioned shoes. The pain was horrible.
This may help you determine if it's the same issue:

Do you have plantar fascitis? I got cortisone shots for that, but they didn't help much. You can do stretching exercises as well. Google it and find some YouTube videoes to see some of the exercises.0

I have plantar fasciitis, just in my left heal and that's a lot worse first thing. It can take me a few minutes to be able to put my heal down. I have to wear a special support in my shoe, am not allowed to go bare foot and have to do stretching exercises, it does sound similar but it might not be. Maybe see your doctor, it might be as simple as changing your trainers that you wear whilst exercising. All the best. x0

CHANGE YOUR SHOES! See a foot doc, figure out what the issue is, and then visit a shoe store that can fit you properly. The right shoes can make a world of difference. The wrong shoes can break you!0

well what happened realy is when i was on holiday the front of my feet got some how burn! (didnt feel if get burned etc)
both feet at the same place, and when i got home from my holiday there was a slight pain in my heals, (maybe walking on my heals too much from the front of the feet being burned)
and it just gotten worst,
tired new shoe still the same!!
live in a small area, no foot specials near for atleast 400 km0 -
That's how my plantar fasciitis started. The good news is that I was able to buy some inserts at the drug store and wore them in my sneakers faithfully for a few months. I knew within a week or two that it was helping tremendously. My heels & feet are much better now.0

Definitely sounds like plantar fasciitis. Try rolling a frozen water bottle under your foot or stand on the stairs with your toes on the edge and lift up, then drop your heel. Both of these will stretch the ligament. Also, try wearing shoes at all times to support your feet.0
